My work is being very aggressive about return to office, cutting overtime, not hiring additional staff, trying to squeeze every penny while making our lives harder. I know one result is I’m just going to be gone by mid-April. Our business is very tax season driven. Don’t know if I’ll get another job, be laid off/fired for being considered a pain or what – but the end result is it’s going to be their problem. Last year, they dropped me in with no training just after the last guy left after 6 months. Enjoy, assholes.
