You've seen it before, usually has a poster of some smiling, sparkle eyed fake employees. The video launches and you get some old guy in a suit who usually has a useless job like, “Ethics and compliance manager” who will proceed to lecture you for about 30 minutes on how we all need to do better for the company and how we need to, “Reflect” the company values. At the end you get a multiple choice quiz and if you fail you have to sit through the video again. I absolutely loathe corporate training, feels like I'm being lectured. What are your thoughts?
