I didn't get a screen shot, sadly. Applying for a job on Indeed and filling out all the employer questions. One of them was desired salary range. It was marked as optional but the field title said applications without a salary range wouldn't be considered. This from a state where it's required to put the pay in the job posting. Guess what wasn't in the job posting.
