Hey guys. I'm going to call my local OSHA office to let them know my employer isn't supplying potable water at my location and possibly many others.
I have proof of asking my manager to supply water, and others that can attest to the work environment. I am stuck in a shack that I can not abandon for the full shift and have been bringing my own liquids for months. The only issue I see is that they may claim that “I could call for coverage to get water”
Yall think I have a case?
