Alright so yesterday I got written up at my food service job. They had several small complaints. One of which is that I am off the floor too often for drinking.
I know I can’t eat or drink on the floor/on the line where we prep things, so I have to step into the back to drink. I get pretty thirsty so now I’m worried about this.
I found OSHA laws saying they have to provide drinking water, but no laws saying I have to be allowed to consume water during my shift. Does anyone know where I can find this info so I can hopefully get my right to drink back?
