We are doing this “Talk to the CEO” thing, and it was going so well, he was talking about how the company works and what we do exactly and the history of the company, which was great, until he started talking about people thinking they should get paid more, and said “I understand, I too think I should get paid more sometimes” DUDE YOU’RE THE CEO you go on vacation every other month, you own property in another country, you live in a big ass house in a very expensive neighborhood. Your experiences are not universal, it’s not the same thing as someone who can barely afford their bills, you grew up filthy rich and you’ll die filthy rich, most of us don’t have that, most of us don’t have half of that. It’s not the same thing. At all.
