When we see disagreement, and it seems like a genuine misconception or misunderstanding, we should try to convince and convert, rather than insult and reject.
Don't engage past your own limits, but do put up a thoughtful and calculated resistance. Some people will drag things out to exhaust you, and some people are so rooted, they will not be convinced, but try to convince before throwing down simple insults.
We are trying to build a movement, and we need as many supporters as possible.
