So guys, I'm having a stressed week at work, I wrongly issued a client by only a mere $12.80 but well some clients are crazy even just $0.01c off.. So anyway instead of crediting the client $16.00 ended up crediting the client $28.80 so the difference is $12.80… So now I have to write up a debit note debiting the client back their $12.80, is it right to use the word surcharge? Cause according to my manager, I can't use the word overcharged .. 🙁
