How is it that a company can’t afford to give you a higher wage or decent raise but curiously enough they can pay everyone time and half to come in Saturday? I mean, they have to be making money that day right? they wouldn’t be so insistent on it if they were losing money right? (Been on overtime for a year +) it don’t make sense…
