Hey guys I currently work as a PSW for a nursing agency this week I work 56 hours as stated in my company's policy overtime starts at 44hrs however they are saying that because I have 3 scheduled shifts that I am not eligible for overtime this week. My question is does Ontario law state otherwise? I like my job but the only reason I picked up extra shifts was for the overtime.
