My company is hiring and I accidentally got sent some emails. One guy applied for the job because he is working too many hours. The company isn't hiring more staff and just causing their current employees to work more hours. So theres a large chance we hire this guy causing that company to be short another person and make their existing employees work even more hours. You would think companies would start to see this trend, but these large corporations must have some sort of price fix scheme nationwide that tells them all to keep salaries down and eventually their employees won't leave.
