After many new rules that where supposed to get us in line, dresscode, no big group lunch breaks – somebody needs to stay in office from our team even do we all do different jobs, getting checked if we are 3 seconds late. The owner is finally putting additional cctv in our offices, all the new cameras are directly facing in our monitors and when he got in with technician he said on purpose so we can all hear him “i want it put in that corner so i can see what everybody is doing all the time”.
keep in mind that I am not working in goverment or any high tech company so we have “secrets”,
we also do not have any contact with money or anything valuable in our office, the most expensive thing here is acutally my pc.
None of us is slacking the work, it's actually our bosses that always give us new tasks in the last minute on which we complained but it backfired and now this is just plain shit!
gotta get me some new job asap!
