Straight up dm me and put me down. I’ll give the best reference you could ever ask for. I’m a small business owner, and stand in solidarity with the workers rights movement. This is a free service. If you’re USA based and need a “former employer” to make you shine like a diamond hmu. You deserve better.
I’ll probably lose my job for this.
I didn't care. I made a decision in a slightly drunken state. I am a supervisor in a warehouse at a casino. We are treated very poorly. We see no raises and our benefits are very poor. The casinos are posting record profits. I decided to contact the unions. We love to work but we don't deserve what they are doing to us. We are the backbone and we are treated as though we don't matter. I aim to make a difference and I know it will likely cost me my job. It's a sacrifice I'm willing to make. If there's a hill to die on, this is the one. Tomorrow I plan on getting the other guys on board. They will be put in a rather difficult position because if we walk out, there will be nothing they can do and that's exactly the plan. I decided I'm going…

The news isn’t all bad. Even with…

I work M-F, 8hr day shift. Am I missing something? Some of the companies in my area only offer swing. Week 1: Days Week 2: Afternoons Week 3: Midnights Rinse and repeat. What's the tactic? Why can't these companies just hire the people who prefer day, mid, or night?
