I am having panic attacks while working my new job. It’s WFH but I have had 3 severe panic attacks in the last two weeks. This is not sustainable for my mental health. Before these 3 attacks, it had been almost 2 years since I had a panic attack.
And I don’t recover well from my attacks. I am left physically and mentally exhausted and am foggy-brained for days. This week has been hell.
My supervisor is trying to help me but there is very little she can actually do.
I’m trying all the techniques I know to help me through an attack but it’s still not enough.
