My partner (NB) had an interview today at a tutoring agency. My partner is a certified teacher and has taught in schools and colleges for multiple years.
They were asked to show their qualifications and my partner held up their Masters degree in the relevant subject they wanted to tutor and their PCGE (Teacher Training Certificate) as well as their DBS certificate but the interviewers told my partner that they would need to see their A Level transcript in order to continue to the application.
My partner has moved so many times since they got them and they have been lost along the way.
It just seems crazy to have evidence of much higher qualifications.
