I work for a company that states all employee wages are determined by a 3rd party company. We are told that they look at your skill set and what the market pays. We have found this can't be accurate as most of us make $5,000 – $15,000 less a year than what would could if we were hired else where. Has anyone else ever heard of a company using another company to determine wages?
