I just want to rant really quick. I’ve been getting called by companies to leave where I currently work. I worked very hard for a long time to get 3 “technical” degrees. When I tell them my desired salary to leave and they balk. When they give me the ranges it’s like entry level pay. I’ve been in my field for 6 years. What is going on? You’d think with gas doubling in like 6 months, house prices becoming unaffordable, and food prices climbing they’d realize they need to pay people more. No wonder no one is working anymore. Rant done.
