I worked at an Arby's for maybe 3 days back in 2020. The job was just too hard and the manager was borderline abusive so I walked out.
I was too afraid to even go back and collect my paycheck for orientation because the manager was so rude and screamed and shamed his employees for not having a thicker skin.
Am I legally entitled to that money I made in 2020? Even if I only worked 20 or so hours for an orientation?
I have been putting of going there because I know they'd be so rude to me asking to be paid for orientation for a job I never really worked…. But I was technically on the time clock. I still showed up and watched all their orientation videos. I'm in their pay system.
I'm going to be relocating to a new city soon so I need all the money I can get.
Should I go in person or just call them and ask to mail me the paycheck from 2 years ago? Not sure of the legality of if I'm entitled to the money since it was just orientation.
I am in Pennsylvania not sure If that matters
