Paying taxes on overpayment

Numerous times now my job has made some type of error which has led to them overpaying me. Their solution is to take it out of my next paycheck. Sounds like a simple fix right? Except they're taking the money out after I've already been taxed on it. For example, my paycheck is $600 but they over pay me by $200 dollars so I recieved $800. I'm taxed on that extra $200 in my paycheck. The next week I receive my normal $600 which I'm taxed on. They go ahead and take their $200 out after I've already been taxed on the full $600. Now I've been taxed twice on money that I never even got to keep. Some people never even realize this. If this ever happens to you, just do the math. Why should we pay for their mistakes.
