So about 1-2months ago I have asked my work to change my bank details because of personal reasons with my parents keeping control of my money, I thought this was sorted out then come recent pay day dod not show up in new bank account but instead was paid into my old one that my parents have control of.
I informed my work that this should of gone into my new one and I want my mileage claim going into the new bank account as well, this was about a week ago now, I now looked at my new account no mileage claim has been sent into my new one (From what been told this should happen within a few days).
So now I need to get again check this old account to see if its gone into that one, if the claim has gone into the old one again or not shown up at all what should I do?
Please any advice I really needed this to be sorted.
