Lots of services offer multiple levels of membership based upon how much you pay for said service.
The labored workforce needs to adopt this.
You want to pay me minimum wage?
Cool.
You get Basic Subscription Worker package, complete with multiple (ad) breaks and a can't do attitude.
You want to give me that raise but no benefits.
Alright.
