Like, I'm seeing that seven out of ten posts people are bitching about their bosses. But get this: Doesn't your boss have a boss, too? I think they want to go home for their family during the storm, too. They just don't wanna get fired by doing that. It's not the bosses that are harsh, it's the orders they recieve which they have to relay onto their workers. Even in small businesses, the boss has to make you stay longer for no additional pay, because if you don't, your pay is no longer affordable. Even the 'racist' interviewer might not be racist, it's just that the company guidelines are racist. I get it, it's r/antiwork, you just wanna get it off your chest. But still, your boss might not deserve all the hate. The guidelines they work based on, that's the real troublemaker.
