People supposedly don’t want to work, but…

…companies are still plenty picky. Also, you'd think a company–any company, from McDonald's to Google–would want any qualified full and part time workers they could get. But no, it's their schedule they want you to work, no flexibility allowed. It's their schedule, take it or leave it. So I really don't think there's a lot of desperation when it comes to hiring. There's plenty of applicants, they just don't want to work crazy hours and have no flexibility.
