Periodic medical appointment

Every two years, my company makes us to consult with a doctor. It is done mostly to avoid future law suits relate to health conditions. We need to fill a form and handle to the doctor at the appointment and the last question is: “Only for female: what is you method of birth control?” Am I being unreasonable to think this is absurd? I am not a feminist (before you judge me), but isn't unfair ask us this? I mean, it would be pathetic even if it was for both sex. I hate being forced to share this information with my company and a doctor who isn't even my doctor.
