Perks of living in a “free” market

I woke up this morning super refreshed after getting a whole 5 hours of sleep because I work 3p-3a and live about 45 minutes from work. My 1.2k check that I get twice a month hit my account, so I merrily paid what bills are immediately due, and figured I'd try crunching some numbers. We're spending $700 in gas a month, and that's just going to work. Not grocery shopping, not going to the doctor, not visiting family, not anything. Our rent is $1k, car payments $300, insurance is another $200, the electric bill is usually another $200, and me and my partners combined phone bills are about $100. That being said, if we just don't eat, we'll only net $200 in the red every month. Isn't this shit great?
