Really curious what folks think about the new Pew Study on the Great Resignation. Essentially, they found that: – Workers who quit cited low pay, no opportunity for advancement, and poor treatment as their reasons to quit. (There are significant data for other reasons as well.) – Workers who quit were “more likely than not” to report that their new job had better pay, opportunity for advancement and better treatment for employees.
