Phone interviewer asked me to bring my DL & SS card to in-person interview tomorrow to get the ball rolling.

I’m a 35F, I live in the south (US) and I’ve worked in administrative positions for the past 15 years. I’ve researched this company, read reviews and all seems to check out… However, I would be lying if I said I didn’t feel some type of way about this. The phone interviewer (a kind, older woman) asked me to bring my driver’s license and social security card to my interview tomorrow to get the ball rolling. I’ve done this on my first day of work but not prior to landing a position. What red flags does this raise for you? Are they desperate? Is this the new normal? Why does this make me uncomfortable? This seems so odd to me.
