planning a mass quit at my fast food job

im not sure if this is the right place to post this, but im currently 16 and working at KFC. my store goes through phases where a lot of people quit and they obviously have to bring new people on. we just went through one of these. now, my friends and i (about 4 of us) are some of the most experienced people in the store who aren’t managers or shift supervisors. now for people who NEED experienced workers, as we have a high amount of trainees on every single shift, they do not treat us well. so my friend and i were talking about all four of us quitting at the same time. i think it’s an awesome idea, especially because it probably means they will have to answer to someone about why four employees who have been loyal to the company have quit at the same time. i…

i have a shift in about 2 and a half hours, and im not looking forward to being treated like shit, especially because the sunday manager freaks out every. single. sunday. and doesn’t let me take my 10 minute rest pause, even though i have a heart condition and just worked a rush.
