I got a new, higher paying job with people who actually seem like they want to be there. I’m going to quit my current job as soon as I sign and send back my offer letter. I’ve never done this before, should I write a letter of resignation, close out that night, then send it, effective immediately? Should I just text my manager to go f*ck herself? What would you guys do? Sorry if this seems like a stupid question. I’m just extremely anxious about the whole thing.
