Planning on quitting my warehouse job. (M23)

I have been working for this company for awhile now, it's unionized, benefits, dental, yearly bonuses and PTO. But Holy fuck, that still isn't enough for the immense workload thrusted upon you. For only 16.60/hr in Canada. This job has left me with permanent back pain I'm sure won't go away, wrist pain, probably tendinitis or carpel tunnel. Not to mention my mental health taking an absolute nose-dive working here for about a year, the “mental health tips” managers like to spit out in their meetings, I think is such a fucking cop-out, people are in deep emotional and spiritual pain due to unfettered capitalism and its cruelty. And this fucking company is run by a bunch of boomers living in the past pretending all this shit is sustainable and somehow “green”.

TL;DR: Warehouse job left me physically, emotionally, fuck even spiritually wounded.
