Playing games all day in my last WFH week.

I started a new job in November 2021, the role was temporarily remote due to the UK gov issuing a work from home order. I'm good at the job and enjoy it, especially working from home, not losing 8 hours a week commuting and not having to pay to get to work. I love being able to cook myself a hot lunch and spend my break with my partner or catching up on some chores. The office manager, in order to justify her job is demanding that we all come into the office full time. I personally have no interest in doing so and made it clear to them that I wasn't going to. Of course they threatened my job and told me I'll will have to be in next week. I pushed back , booked some time off and said that I wouldn't be able to come in for…

I personally have no interest in doing so and made it clear to them that I wasn't going to.

Of course they threatened my job and told me I'll will have to be in next week. I pushed back , booked some time off and said that I wouldn't be able to come in for at least 3 weeks.

The great thing is I have had 3 weeks to look for a new job, have spent most work days playing games on my pc and hanging out. I found out the only other person that does the same role there is leaving at the start of march.
Now I have a decision to make, do I ask for more money and demand a wfh role or do I hand in my weeks notice and leave them with no department days before a big release that may loose them a huge client?
