Hello. Project manager left in January and I took over scheduling of labor, travel arrangements and equipment rentals along with project upkeep and billing. Basically most of that job on our side. We also lost the other admin that helped our side. We are currently under hiring freeze. I am completely overworked and got less than a 5% raise the last 2.5 years. Going into the office will not increase my productivity they're just going to want more. Asked for help and got a new boss. Now I have two bosses and no help. All the previous managers got a raise and new titles. Shit for us. I know I need to find a new job, but how do I respectfully decline the four days?
