I've seen many text conversations with managers in regards to poor leadership skills (typically involving making an employee work on their day off). These are a great way to spread awareness regarding just how awful certain managers can treat their employees.
With that being said – NO MORE FAKE CONVERSATIONS! I've seen so many to the point where it makes me scroll right by any screen shots of text messages on this sub. Fraudulent conversations are ruining it for the workers who really need to be heard.
For those of you posting legitimate text messages – please continue to do so. It's a great way for people like myself to remember just how rough it was when I had experiences with this type of management in the past.
