I have a phone interview tomorrow with the HR manager of a pretty small local company… I have a buddy that's been there almost a decade, and said it's pretty chill, and my salary would be better than my last job. That being said, I was at my last job for almost 12 years,(first job ever) so I have pretty much no clue what kind of questions could be fired at me tomorrow lol. Being a manufacturing supervisor position, I would have guessed someone over that department would interview to see if I had any idea what I was actually doing… maybe this is just the first of a few interviews ?
