If the job posting is listed publically on the internet then by all means share the link.
Some of you may know of coding heroes that made scripts to flood Kellogg's and other big companies fighting union pushes with bogus applications when they tried to replace the workers with scabs. It made them take down the the system because they couldn't sort through all the responses.
Its tactics like this that shows businesses that WE CAN fight back.
We see posts everyday of bad business practices or ridiculous job requirements for degrees and experience but pathetic pay. If you included a link when posting them here and a handful of us decided to “apply” to one of these posts a day. The employer would be flooded with feedback and possibly bully them into treating people like human beings.
Doesnt have to be nasty or anything, just waste their time like they do yours when they ask you to re-interview a 4th time only to pass on you for a $15/hr job.
Forget tribal politics folks, union drives are happening across the country and working. Take it to the next level and make employers do what polititans have no intention of ever doing whether theres a D or R by their name.
