Pregnant and unfair job

I am 30weeks pregnant,working in a hospital. My duty hours are long ranging from 15-16 hours,if I include travelling time they range from 19-20 hours. I today asked my senior(no HR/manager) (Seniors are the ones who make duty rosters) to assign me a lighter duty for next month as I am having increased BP records and need to do BP monitoring twice a day. She told me there is nothing called. “LIGHT DUTY” and if I want I can resign/take unpaid leave. I feel disgusted by her attitude.
