Preparing for retaliation at work. I know it will be covert and subtle. I work in talent hire and pointed out some unacceptable hiring practices. The general response was well we just do this as an add on to our regular job but that's not what we do. Sucks when you work under people who are not necessarily trained to so their jobs.
