Pressuring me to change my resignation date

Put in my two weeks notice on 12/17 making my last day 12/31. Trying to leave gracefully however in the last 3 days there has been enormous pressure to stay as a back burner employee or maybe a month from now I’ll change my mind. Or maybe work part time or maybe this or maybe that. I politely declined for about 30min, then two days ago I was asked to change my resignation date to the 7th so I could collect 3 sick days. I declined that and want to stick to my 12/31 end date, however my manager has been relentless in trying to convince me to remain as an employee or change the date. I’m not sure what is at stake here. There is also 256 hours of Vacation PTO on the books but my manager repeatedly tries to dismiss it saying PTO means personal time off which…

My guess is there’s an $8,000 check that has to me made by the 31st and offering me 3 days of sick time into the next year may disrupt the $8,000 check. I’m not sure but I’m not going to fold
