Pretty sure I got shorted in my last check

Okay so I am 9 months pregnant. I was told about a month ago that I was measuring 2 weeks ahead, and my due date was pushed up by two weeks. Because of this I decided to take maternity early. I worked at a library under salary pay, 35 hr a week at 9.40 and I live in IN. Originally I would have worked for the whole month then took maternity, but I only worked for two weeks before I took it. I get paid once a month, same amount every month, even if the previous month had 5 weeks instead of 4, but I guess that's salary pay, right? Anyway I got my check today. I get paid once a month, same amount every month, even if the previous month had 5 weeks instead of 4, but I guess that's salary pay, right? Anyway I got my check today. According to my calculations, working at that rate, I should have brought home over $500. Well I was only given $430. I was also told that the lady in charge decided to bring in her granddaughter to take my place and she said she “split our check” between the two of us? Her granddaughter is 15, first of all, and as far as I'm aware it's not legal to hire a 15 year old? Am I tripping? Was I shorted? There was a holiday where we were off but as salary we are still paid for the day. I have reason to believe my employer may intentionally have shorted me, because before I left she spent an entire month filling out my food stamps paperwork incorrectly on purpose so I wouldn't get stamps. She did it wrong 3 whole times and only did it right when my husband came in and stood over her shoulder and told her exactly what to write because she kept claiming she “didn't understand”.
