So I was with the company for just under six years. Recently quit early Feb. 2022 Got last paycheck late Feb 2022. Had to wait to pull my 401 benefits till they notified Fidelity that I was no longer an employee. Saw today that they put my end date Sept 2016. So basically saying I only worked there a year. Which scales down my earnings considerably. I was fully vested when I quit. Is there any legal action I can take?
