Over the last year our entire Project Management team has been replaced and they’ve brought a very critical, negative and untrustworthy way of working to the business.
The micromanagement hit a new level today when a PM just couldn’t help themselves and said, word for word:
“I insist you do not type the phrase ‘in all honesty’. It’s extra words I had to waste time reading that added nothing to your message other than making me think you usually lie to me.”
So yeah, notice in tomorrow and I’m out!
