I work for one of the world's leading tech companies since a few months and instantly got promoted to a higher skill due to my experience and degree. However, after following a course of two months, I didn't get a new/updated contract. Asking my manager, I got told that there would be no update in my contract – no difference in payment. This is not what they told me when I applied, at all. So now I own two certificates in high-skilled subjects for what? Promotion my ass hah. It's insane to me how these billion-dollar companies treat their employees.
