Promoted to Manager??

What do I need to know? This is my first manager position of over 3 people (15 to be exact). I'm doing my best to be the type of manager I wanted. – I don't do video “standups” like some of the other managers. I feel like that just wastes everyone's time since they can just inform me via teams/email what they're working on. – If they say they need time off, I don't question it, just let then go. If they can work from home and request that, I always allow it. – I'm basically ignoring the weirdass “bonus” I get. In short, it's some amount extra per hour, per employee if they're all working for 92% of the working hours in a month. Which honestly, doesn't leave much room for sick days, PTO, etc. – I have a group teams chat that meets the qualifications I have to…

Anything else I should do? I always try to advocate for them but I'm always worried I'm not doing enough.
TIA!
