Proud of my fellow workers

I work for a company that repairs kitchen equipment. This isn’t about my company or any of my co-workers. I was at a snack stand inside an RV park beside a pool yesterday working on there ice maker. Over heard the owner and employees having a conversation about working Monday the 4th of July. I came in on the conversation with him telling them how much they can make in tips if they work Monday and that he really wanted to be open that day. All three of them stood in solidarity and told him if he wanted it open he could work himself they would not be there. He replied if your not here don’t come on Tuesday. All three started packing up to leave right then. He started back tracking. So now there gonna be closed on Monday and they still have jobs. I wish all American workers…
