I had an excellent employee who was very attune to the political environment he was in. We finished something and the next week he put in his two week notice. No new job. He just wanted to move on to a healthier environment. Millennials/gen z are bright ambitious and give zero fs about corporate rules. They won’t put up with nonsense. And they will take a few risks to move forward in a better environment. I think it’s great.
