Just received an email from my employer that literally opens with “[employer] is proud to provide a comprehensive benefits program and group insurance is a key component of your total compensation.”
Then proceeds to explain how each of our different benefits, except ONE are decreasing by the following amounts:
- 7.5%
- 25%
- 11.4%
- 11.1%
- 10%
Don't think I would have used the word “proud” when communicating THAT information, but they probably are.
