PSA: Forcing employees to sign a contract stating they must put a notice in will only create worse situations.

If they're the kind of employee who always does 2 week notices, trust me, they will do a 2 week notice with you. When I was hired they had me, and a few others, sign a paper saying if I quit without notice I forfeit my check. Or no call no show. So one of my coworkers went on his lunch break and smoked a fat bowl of weed in his car, then walked through the lobby smelling like weed and then chilled in the break room. Our manager was bewildered why my coworker was just like “Alright” when my manager fired him. Then the next day another coworker started a stupid argument with the GM. The GM told him to dispose of the old tire immediately after taking it off the customer's rim before putting the new tire on. My coworker just casually says “One sec” and goes about…
