Push the employer to give examples of how they have compensated and rewarded going above and beyond during an interview

If the employer asks for specific examples of how you went above and beyond or how you worked well with a team. Ask them for specific examples when they have properly compensated and rewarded hard work. An interview goes both ways and you need to get the best guess of what you are getting yourself into and if it is really worth your time. Again make sure it’s specific and make sure its $$$
