I’m starting work at company E on 9/14, I was previously employed by them in 2017-2019. I accrued a lot of PTO and never took it off because I was an idiot and always forgot about that. I remember emailing them after I left (I left for school) and asking if they pay out. I never received a response. When I begin work again, as a different position, will that PTO i accrued in 2017-2019 still be available to me? I’m in California. I wasn’t exactly sure where I could start my search for this info
