question about fair pay and working hours

I live in AZ and I'm paid salary. I started a new job recently. I drive a work vehicle from home, we're paid from 7:30-4 but often I'm assigned to jobs 30-50min from the house. I do like the management, but I can't help but feel like my goodwill is being taken advantage of. Should I ask for shorter days or increased pay? Time is more important to me than money, but I understand that shortening my days could impact job availability for the office, I just don't know what to do and feel like I'm running out of power…
